Honey Mustard Dressing

I like this salad dressing because it is light enough for a salad yet thick enough for a dipping sauce. The other reason I like it is because you don’t have to remember but one measure!  You can halve it, double it, and all you have to remember is to use the same measure for all ingredients.

Ingredients:

  1. ¼ cup olive oil
  2. ¼ cup honey
  3. ¼ cup white vinegar
  4. ¼ cup Dijon style mustard

Directions:

  1. Measure out the olive oil first! Why? Because then you can measure out the honey without it sticking to the measuring cup!
  2. Measure out the honey, the vinegar, and the mustard.
  3. Combine the 4 ingredients in a jar and shake well.
